Our founder is a Black femme-woman, who sought training at Smith College, (BA) and CalArts (MFA). Hi, I’m Ayana. I’ve built relationships in media, event production, and copywriting for over 20 years. When working environments address diversity, our specialty is discerning how to navigate cultural fluidity and inclusion with internal and client-facing connections for maximum efficacy.

Because I’m a professional comedienne, my inherent style of engagement is comedy-forward, I’m flexible. Articulate tone cohesion across brand touchpoints is key. I collab in spaces that value a killer blend of pop culture, personality, and professionalism as guides to navigate scale and protect spaces with inclusivity as a standard as it applies to the assigned objective.
